The Vale of Clwyd

A short history of the main valley of north-east Wales which includes the towns of Ruthin, Denbigh, St Asaph, Rhuddlan and Rhyl. This was written because for many years my family home was in the Vale and I was aware that despite its limited size, it had an interesting and varied history, of some importance to Britain as a whole.

Published by Gee and Son of Denbigh as a paperback of 112 pages in the summer of 1982 and after unexpected demand reprinted in December 1982 and January 1983. All copies were sold by the middle of 1983 and it has not been reprinted but is stocked by second-hand bookshops. visit abebooks.com
